- Platform Fee = Total Win/Loss x 12% (if the agent has no negative profit for the month, no platform fee will be charged).
Commission = Net Profit x Commission Rate. - Commission Eligibility Requirements:
Minimum Active Members: An agent must have at least 3 valid members during the month to qualify for commission.
Note: If the agent fails to meet both of the above requirements (profit and member count), no commission will be calculated for that month. - Example:
Scenario: An agent has a monthly net profit of 2,000,000 and 5 valid members.
Commission Calculation: 2,000,000 × 45% = 900,000 INR. - Definition of "Valid Members" (Monthly):
Both new and existing members must meet the following criteria:
Total Deposit ≥ 2,000 INR
Valid Bet ≥ 8,000 INR
Note: Approval is based on a comprehensive assessment of IP addresses, activity levels, and redeposit behavior.

- For example, if an agent has 10 eligible new members in one month, they will receive the following bonus:

- Commissions and bonuses will be credited to the main wallet before 12:00 PM on the 10th of each month. Agents can withdraw funds via bank transfer.
- Agents are required to proactively contact their affiliate manager at least once every month, between the 15th and 25th, to update relevant information. Failure to make contact within this period will be considered a waiver of the commission, and the commission will be canceled.
- Members who abuse the system, use multiple accounts, manipulate KPIs, or generate fake data will not be counted as valid members.
- If a member engages in improper conduct, the company reserves the right to reclaim promotional amounts and any winnings generated.
- If an agent is found to be engaging in fraudulent behavior to obtain improper commissions, the company reserves the right to terminate the cooperation unilaterally.
- If an agent has a positive profit (meaning the agent's players have won more than they have lost, resulting in a loss for the platform), this amount will be deducted from profits in subsequent months until it has been fully offset.
- In the event of any disagreement regarding the interpretation of this program, UW99 reserves the right to make the final decision in all matters.
